Return & Refund Policy
At WhiskerTails, we offer a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@whiskertails.com.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, plants)
- Custom products (personalized or made-to-order items)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding specific items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item and place a new order for the replacement. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. As with our general return policy, the item must be unused, in its original condition with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
